Called and left a message which contained one electronic beep and nothing else

Calls almost every night, no VM ever left. One time I did pick up, there was a pause, and someone said my first name, like they knew me. I hung up.

They were sellong a dog amd the..a ted like they didnt know what i was talking ab and demanded to know who.i was.. then shortly after recalledwwhat i was talking about but cut me.off again.

We are govt office. Caller leaves recorded collection message.
